Position Description

Advertised Job Summary
Research Specialist to support research required by NIH grants. Research Specialist needed to conduct longitudinal assessments with infants and young children and complete complementary pre and post assessment processing.

Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in area of research specialty.

Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience conducting research or direct experience working with infants or young children with a neurodevelopmental disorder.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with faculty and graduate and undergraduate students, as well as communicate effectively and sensitively with families of children with neurodevelopmental disorders.
  • This individual must also be interested and effective in working with young children and their families.

Conduct assessments and collect data. Administer developmental and behavioral assessments in a standardized manner to infants and young children at an elevated likelihood of autism spectrum disorder and typical developing children.
