Job DescriptionJob Summary-As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming reservations, providing information about hotel services, and ensuring guests have a seamless booking experience.Job Responsibility- Receive and process reservations via phone, email, or online platforms Answer inquiries about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities Confirm reservations and send booking confirmations to guests Update reservation system with accurate information Assist guests with special requests or changes to their reservations Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out processes Handle cancellations and modifications to existing reservationsCandidate Requirements- Proven experience in a customer service role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Familiarity with reservation systems and hotel booking platforms Knowledge of hotel services and amenities Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysSkillsSkills- Excellent communication skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to work under pressure Proficiency in using reservation software and systems Time management and organizational skills Problem-solving abilities Attention to detail Multitasking capabilities Conflict resolution skills
