About the Role

Marifah Inn, part of the Vairt Hospitality Group, manages a growing portfolio of U.S.-based hotels offering premium guest experiences through international hospitality standards.

We are hiring an experienced Reservation Manager to manage daily reservations, OTA listings, and revenue operations for our U.S. hotel properties from our Lahore office. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Visual Matrix PMS, and other major OTA platforms.

This role demands accuracy, coordination, and the ability to handle large booking volumes across multiple properties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily reservations and room allocations for multiple Marifah Inn hotel locations in the U.S.
• Update room availability, pricing, and promotions on Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and other OTA platforms.
• Operate and maintain Visual Matrix PMS for all property-related data and reporting.
• Coordinate directly with the U.S. operations and front-desk teams to confirm guest bookings and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure synchronization between PMS, OTAs, and channel management systems.
• Handle reservation inquiries, cancellations, and guest modification requests professionally.
• Monitor guest reviews and maintain strong brand ratings across OTAs.
• Generate daily occupancy reports, booking summaries, and revenue tracking reports.
• Optimize listings and pricing strategies for maximum revenue and occupancy.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hotel reservation management or revenue coordination.
• Proficient in Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and Visual Matrix PMS.
• Understanding of channel managers, rate parity, and yield management.
• Strong communication and written English skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
• Experience managing U.S. or international hotel properties is preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented, responsible, and team-driven.
