Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Istanbul for a Reservations Agent. The Reservations Agent will primarily handle booking and reservation processes, provide exceptional customer service, and manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining reservation records, coordinating with customers to confirm booking details, and assisting with cancellations or modifications as required. Additional tasks include contributing to smooth front desk operations and supporting the sales team where necessary.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Reservations and Customer Service
Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
Proficiency in using booking and reservation management software *SEJOUR -IRIX -WEBBED*
Fluency in English and/or multiple languages is advantageous
Previous experience in the tourism or travel industry is beneficial
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or travel-related fields is preferred
Industry.
