Job Description


The F&B Reservation Agent manages and coordinates all F&B reservations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records. The primary responsibilities include managing reservations with precision through multiple channels, providing personalized assistance to guests, and collaborating with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Responsibilities


Reservation Management:


  • Handle incoming F&B reservation inquiries via diverse channels, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Coordinate with the F&B team to ensure smooth operations and efficient table management.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Delivery of processes as described during the training period, ensuring the replication of global operational standards.

Customer Connection:


Display cultural awareness and adapt communication styles to connect effectively with a diverse clientele


Requirements


  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Multicultural perspective and sensitivity.
  • Experience with reservation systems within the F&B industry. SevenRooms proficiency is preferred.
  • Genuine passion in providing exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Multitasking abilities by managing various communication channels including email and phones, in a professional manner.
  • Fluency in English. Additional languages will be considered a plus.
  • Flexibility during peak operational periods.
