Job Overview:
The Reservations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the reservation process, ensuring seamless guest booking experiences and maximizing occupancy. This role is pivotal in shaping the first impression of the restaurant and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accuracy and organization of the reservation system and guest database
2. Provide prompt, courteous, and professional responses to all reservation inquiries
3. Manage group bookings, special requests, and VIP arrangements with discretion and precision
4. Coordinate seating plans with the Head Hostess and service team to optimize flow and guest satisfaction
5. Monitor daily reservation trends and adjust availability to maximize revenue
6. Communicate promotional packages, events, and booking policies clearly to guests
7. Collaborate with marketing and operations to support campaigns and guest outreach
8. Resolve booking conflicts or guest concerns with diplomacy and efficiency
9. Ensure all reservation confirmations and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
10. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling guest data

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to BD400.000 per month
