Reservations Officer (Russian speaking)

Responsibilities: Ensuring all the reservation queries are being attended to in a timely manner and maintain relationship with the bookers of existing partners and new partners from CIS Market.
Educational Background
- Bachelor/ Graduation Degree in Travel & Tourism, or related field
Work Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same role in a DMC in Dubai or Sharjah; preferably 5 years experience
Knowledge and Skills
- Reservation Process & quotation
- Build & maintain relationship with agency partners/ bookers
- Knowledge of the CIS Market
- Familiar with agencies in CIS
- Strong knowledge of UAE Destination (excursions, attractions)
- Pre-empt the requirements of partner and make it easy for them to work
Language - Proficient in English and Russian
Computer Literacy - Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
