Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations to maintain luxury standards across residences and public areas
  • Ensure all facilities and services meet Six Senses brand expectations and sustainability principles
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service and operational consistency
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Services, and F&B to meet resident and guest needs efficiently
  • Implement and enforce departmental policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain operational excellence
  • Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage department budgets effectively
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure impeccable cleanliness and presentation
  • Manage laundry operations, ensuring timely and quality service for guest and staff linen requirements
  • Coordinate with maintenance and safety teams to uphold property condition and guest safety standards
  • Prepare and analyze reports on performance, productivity, and service quality to identify improvement opportunities
