Resident Assistant/ CNA

CNA WAGE IS 17.25 STARTING:

Timber Creek Village is now hiring for Day Shift. Weekend flexibility is required.

This position is to assist the Administrative/Nursing team by ensuring the very best quality of care is given to each resident who calls our facility home and to assist residents in all daily living as needed.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:

· RA/CNA will Attend to everyday needs such as bathing, grooming, toileting, walking, sitting, transferring, etc.

· RA/CNA will assist in transporting them as needed to/from mealtime, activities, & in-house therapies

· RA/CNA will learn about each resident, monitor their wellness & communicate/document any changes to the nursing & management team immediately

· RA/CNA will ensure that all nursing care is provided in privacy and always maintain confidentiality including HIIPA

· RA /CNAwill answer call buttons promptly

Each Resident Assistant shift has a specific list of daily duties that must be completed, documented, and provided to shift management upon completion of the shift.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Valid Drivers license

· High School Diploma or GED

· Weekend flexibility is required for each position/shift

· CPR Certification is a plus
