Resident Doctor

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly competent and ethical Resident Doctor to provide comprehensive medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses. The role requires clinical excellence, sound judgment, and the ability to manage patients independently while coordinating with specialists when required.

The Resident Doctor will be responsible for ensuring continuous medical support, preventive care, emergency response, and patient safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Care Diagnose, treat, and manage all common medical conditions, including but not limited to: General medicine and internal medicine cases Infections, fever, respiratory, gastrointestinal, and metabolic disorders Lifestyle diseases (diabetes, hypertension, cardiac risk conditions) Minor injuries and emergency stabilization Provide first-line emergency medical care and coordinate referrals when advanced treatment is required. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Preventive & Routine Care Conduct regular health assessments, screenings, and preventive check-ups. Advise patients on lifestyle management, nutrition, fitness, and preventive healthcare. Ensure vaccination schedules and preventive protocols are followed where applicable. Medical Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate and confidential medical records. Ensure compliance with medical ethics, legal standards, and applicable healthcare regulations. Prescribe medications responsibly and in accordance with approved medical guidelines. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with external hospitals, specialists, diagnostic centers, and emergency services when required. Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, caregivers, and authorized representatives. Provide medical guidance during medical emergencies and critical situations. Availability & Residency Be available on-site as a resident doctor, including readiness to respond to medical needs outside standard hours. Ensure continuity of care and prompt response to medical situations. Required Qualifications MBBS (mandatory); MD/DNB (Medicine or relevant specialization) preferred. Valid medical registration with the appropriate Medical Council. Minimum [10] years of clinical experience in general medicine / internal medicine / emergency care preferred. Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills. Sound knowledge of pharmacology, diagnostics, and treatment protocols.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹98,000.00 per month
