Responsibilities :

• Supervise and monitor all construction activities to ensure full compliance with design specifications, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor progress and take corrective actions to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Maintain strong client relationships by delivering regular project updates, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring satisfaction with all architectural components.
• Lead and facilitate regular design coordination meetings and workshops involving design offices, sub-consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve outstanding issues and mitigate risks of project delays.
• Manage and oversee architectural submissions, ensuring alignment with contracts and agreements, and supervise senior discipline engineers to ensure consistent and goal-oriented design reviews.
• Liaise closely with site supervision teams and conduct frequent site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related challenges, and ensure coordination with technical teams to provide timely responses to contractor queries.
• Resolve client concerns efficiently, contributing to a positive client experience and long-term satisfaction.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting architectural deliverables, design risks, and project performance.

Requirements :

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 18 years of professional experience, with a significant focus on building and airport construction projects.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure in complex mall environments.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, client-facing skills and coordination abilities, with the capacity to manage cross-functional teams and drive high-impact outcomes in time-sensitive retail projects.
