Your mission

As Resident Engineer – Civil in our Company department, you will supervising and monitoring the civil works for Fit-out Project (MEP , FLS , Finishing ) & authority Submission . You will ensure compliance with contract documents, method statements, safety regulations, and approved drawings while supporting inspections, technical coordination, and final handover of works.

Your key responsibilities

daily supervision of civil works for Fit-out Project (MEP , FLS , Finishing ).

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to verify contractor performance.

Liaise with all technical disciplines and attend Site Technical Coordination Meetings.

Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and construction-related documents.

Monitor contractor works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, layouts, and method statements.

Witness site activities, inspections, and testing as per project requirements.

Support in carrying out final inspections for completion certification and handover.

Ensure proper implementation of health and safety measures on site.

Your qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (approved by UAE regulatory authorities).

Minimum 10 years’ experience in civil engineering projects in the UAE, including Fit-out works.

Who you are

Strong technical knowledge of civil works for Fit-out projects.

Skilled in site supervision, contractor coordination, and construction monitoring.

Familiar with utility and authority requirements in the UAE.

Your soft skills

Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Proactive and detail-oriented approach to site issues.

Ability to work under pressure in multicultural environments.
