About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Resident Engineer to join for a one-year outsourcing engagement with our prestigious client.
The ideal candidate will be a technical powerhouse with deep expertise in F5 Load Balancing (LTM, GTM, ASM) and Core Enterprise Networking. Additionally, hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications and WAN optimization (Riverbed) will make you the perfect fit for this critical, multi-faceted role.
Key Responsibilities-
F5 & Application Delivery: Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP systems, specifically focusing on Local Traffic Manager (LTM), Global Traffic Manager (GTM/DNS), and Application Security Manager (ASM/WAF).

Network Infrastructure: Manage and support enterprise-level Cisco routing and switching environments to ensure high availability and seamless connectivity.

Collaboration & Unified Communications: Administer and support Cisco UC infrastructure, including Cisco Call Manager (CUCM), IP Telephony, and Webex integration.

WAN Optimization: Monitor, configure, and optimize WAN traffic utilizing Riverbed SteelHead appliances to maximize network performance.

On-Site Support: Act as the dedicated on-site technical point of contact for Modon, providing rapid incident response, change management, and proactive system health checks.
Requirements-
F5 Networks: Strong hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP (LTM, GTM, and ASM). F5 certification (e.g., F5-CTS or F5-CSE) is highly preferred.

Routing & Switching: Solid background in Cisco networking. CCNA/CCNP certification is a strong plus.

Collaboration: Practical experience with Cisco Call Manager (CUCM), IP Phones, and Webex administration.

WAN Optimization: Familiarity with Riverbed WAN optimization solutions.

Experience: Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in network engineering and application delivery.
