Resident Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Resident Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 10-person assisted living home. This role is vital in ensuring a vibrant, well-maintained community that meets the needs of residents while adhering to all legal and regulatory standards. The Resident Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, staff, and families, fostering positive relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with Alaskan elders in a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of resident care and services, ensuring the highest quality of customer service for our residents.
  • Ensure residents receive appropriate medical care, personal assistance, and social support.
  • Promote resident engagement and socialization through the development of meaningful activities and programs.
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of caregivers and support staff in compliance with State regulation.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations regarding licensing of ALH.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as admissions, resident records and staff files.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of supplies and equipment.
  • Foster strong relationships with staff and residents through proactive communication and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
