A BAMS/BHMS Doctor plays a vital role in providing holistic medical care at the clinic. They are responsible for diagnosing and treating patients using alternative medicine and ensuring comprehensive healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting clinical examinations and diagnosing patients' health conditions
- Prescribing and administering appropriate alternative medicine treatments
- Ensuring patient education and counseling regarding their health conditions and treatment plans
- Developing personalized holistic healthcare plans for patients
- Monitoring patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care
- Maintaining accurate and updated patient records and medical history
- Providing preventive healthcare guidance and promoting wellness
- Participating in health awareness and education programs
- Adhering to medical ethics and legal regulations in patient care
- Contributing to the improvement of clinical processes and healthcare delivery
- Participating in professional development and continuing medical education

Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) or BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
- Valid state medical license and registration
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating patients using alternative medicine
- In-depth knowledge of Ayurveda or Homeopathy principles, practices, and remedies
- Strong clinical and observational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to empathize and build rapport with patients
- Sound decision-making and critical thinking capabilities
- Commitment to ethical and professional conduct
