Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Patient Care & Monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patient rounds and assess patient conditions.
• Monitor vitals and report any changes to the consultant immediately.
• Ensure all treatment orders (medications, investigations, procedures) are executed promptly.

Coordination with Consultants

• Assist consultants during ward rounds and patient assessments.
• Communicate patient updates clearly to senior doctors and nursing teams.

Emergency Management

• Attend medical emergencies (code blue, rapid response) and provide immediate care until the consultant arrives.
• Perform basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) if certified.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in patient files and hospital EMR system.
• Ensure discharge summaries, consent forms, and treatment notes are completed as per protocol.

Coordination with Hospital Departments

• Liaise with nursing, pharmacy, pathology, and radiology teams for smooth patient care delivery.
• Ensure investigations are ordered and reports are reviewed promptly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
