Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

RMOs are primarily responsible for the day-to-day care of patients. This includes conducting physical examinations, taking medical histories. In case of emergencies prepared to respond quickly and effectively to medical emergencies, including resuscitation and stabilization of patients. Work closely with consultants and specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care. Accurate and timely documentation of patient care, maintaining medical records, writing progress notes, discharge summary and ensuring that all patient interactions are properly recorded. Supervise junior medical staff, nurses. Communicating with patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment given and care plans.
