Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Install flat glass for windows, doors, storefronts, showers, mirrors, tabletops, and more.
  • Handle repairs, custom cuts, and precise measurements for perfect fits the first time.
  • Assess customer sites for additional needs and make trusted recommendations.
  • Deliver exceptional service we’re known for—put customers at ease, explain solutions clearly, and collect payment. Look at our Google reviews! The highest and most in this market.
  • Represent Glass Doctor with professionalism and pride.

What We're Looking For (Minimum Requirements)

  • 1+ years of proven glass installation experience, or equivalent trade experience.
  • Strong knowledge of trade tools and safety practices.
  • Valid driver's license, clean record, and insurable for company vehicle.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs independently and work comfortably on ladders/heights.
  • Comfort with mobile tech/apps.
  • Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic—we count on you to show up ready every day.
  • Eye for detail and commitment to accuracy (measurements to the fraction of an inch).
  • Passion for customer service—our highest-rated techs earn national recognition via reviews and surveys!

How We Take Care of Our Team

  • Competitive hourly pay: $25.00 – $35.00 (depending on experience; potential for $60k+ annual with bonuses/OT).
