Residential Care Coordinator

Responsibilities

Junior at $18.50 per hour

• Manage ECP medication administration data system and give meds
• Supervise and train caregivers and med techs
• Work caregiver and med tech shift when there are call outs

Senior rate dependent on experience

• Complete resident file for HCQC inspection
• Complete resident med reconciliation
• Complete resident medicaid files
• Hire and schedule caregivers and medtechs

Medtech rate $15.00 per hour

• Candidates without supervisory experience but with medtech

Caregiver rate $13.50 per hour, $14 after 90 days

• Candidates without current medtech license

Requirements

• Previous caregiver experience required
• Med Tech certification required
• Candidate must have vehicle - driving between facilities required

Note

• Preferred candidate will be caregiver-med tech 50%, document control 50%.
• Option to convert to salary for 60 hours per week
