Job Description:

We are seeking a caring, reliable, and dedicated individual to join our team as an employee for residents in Shelbyville, IN. In this role, you will provide personalized care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain a comfortable and safe environment. Your primary duties will involve assisting with daily activities, personal care, and ensuring overall well-being. We are currently seeking a part-time employee available Monday, Friday, and Saturday - 12 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

· Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

· Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

· Ensure a safe and clean environment for the client, following all health and safety protocols.

· Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to professional standards of conduct.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience as a caregiver, CNA, or in a similar healthcare role is preferred, but not required.

· Compassionate, patient, and reliable.

· Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

· Must be able to lift and assist clients as needed.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for client travel).

· Background check and drug screening required.
