Job description

We’re looking for a knowledgeable Concierge to attend to our residents' requests and needs in a professional, courteous and efficient manner. You should be able to deal professionally with residents inquiries, effectively solve problems and respond appropriately to complaints. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, multi-tasking ability, hospitality expertise, as well as knowledge of local area services. You will be responsible for assisting guests with outstanding customer service. Ultimately, you should help maintain a flawless reputation by providing outstanding guest service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: starting at $16.50 per hour (salary is based on experience)

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute to the following locations:

• Union Nj

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• Phone etiquette: 1 year (Required)
• Time management: 1 year (Required)
• Concierge experience: 1 year (Preferred)
