What you’ll do

• Develop detailed designs using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Create compelling 2D animations and graphics that effectively communicate ideas and concepts.
• Collaborate with project teams to produce schematics and drafting documents for construction projects.
• Utilize Rhinoceros 3D and Grasshopper 3D for advanced modeling and system design.
• Engage in interior design projects, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal align with client needs.
• Conduct mechanical design tasks using SolidWorks and MicroStation to create precise models.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate your design approach.

Basic qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and MicroStation.
• Experience with graphic design tools for creating engaging visual content.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and drafting standards.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with SketchUp, Bluebeam, 3ds Max, Grasshopper 3D, and Rhinoceros 3D.
• Background in interior or mechanical design is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
