Residential D.S.P.

Basic Functions: Provide individualized support where individuals live so that dreams and personal outcomes can be realized; provide opportunities for individuals to achieve vocational, social, and educational goals. Assist in the development and implementation of Personal Plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Ability to complete and maintain First Aid, CPR and CPI certifications
• Must be able to perform essential physical activities associated with this job which include frequent standing, sitting, walking and climbing stairs, lifting (up to 50 pounds unassisted), bending, kneeling, stooping, pushing, pulling (100 pounds of force) and twisting.
• Satisfactory literacy test results
• Ability to pass Department of Human Services background checks
