Job Responsibilities (Residential Cleaning Job)

As a Residential House Cleaner, you will:

• Clean residential homes with attention to detail
• Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
• Provide excellent customer service
• Work independently as a Cleaning Technician
• Maintain a consistent schedule and punctuality
• Drive to client homes within your service area
• Use your smartphone for GPS, instructions, and communication

Required Experience

You must have the following to apply:

• Minimum 1 year of residential house cleaning experience (REQUIRED)
• Experience as a Residential House Cleaner, Residential Cleaning Technician
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
• Strong time-management skills

Job Requirements

Applicants must meet all requirements below:

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a dependable vehicle
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening (marijuana excluded)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to lift 30 lbs and handle physical work
• Own a smartphone with texting, camera, and GPS
• Fluent in English
• Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
• Must live in or near: Sacramento, Rancho Cordova, Citrus Heights, Fair Oaks, Carmichael, Roseville, Folsom, Elk Grove (or surrounding areas)
