Strategic Air Services is a growing mid-sized residential HVAC company looking to add a second full-time installation crew. We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Residential HVAC Lead Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer service.

This position is for an experienced lead installer who can confidently manage residential HVAC system installations while leading and working alongside an assigned install helper.

We are looking to hire within the next three weeks, with the opportunity for an immediate start as early as next week.

Position Details

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Overtime available on weekends
• Company-provided van
• Company will provide any necessary tools you may not already have

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish
• Oversee and direct assigned install helper
• Install complete HVAC systems including condensers, air handlers, furnaces, ductwork modifications, thermostats, and related components
• Ensure all installations are completed to company quality standards and code requirements
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Properly complete installation paperwork and job documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a residential HVAC lead installer
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation practices and procedures
• Must have experience with communicating HVAC systems
• We primarily install Daikin Fit systems along with Daikin and Goodman single-stage systems
• Experience installing Daikin systems is a plus
• Ability to lead and manage an install helper effectively
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift equipment and work in attic and outdoor environments
• EPA Certification preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Compensation

• $45 to $55 per hour based on experience and qualifications
