Residential HVAC Service Technician

We are a premier provider of HVAC and refrigeration solutions across North Carolina. Our customers rely on our technicians for technical precision, rapid response, and quality service.

We currently have 50 employees and are looking to add an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to support our growth.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a 5-star customer experience by performing accurate and high-quality residential HVAC services to code and standard.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems with a focus on first-time resolution to reduce callbacks and warranty claims.
• Communicate findings clearly to customers using written option sheets, photos, and detailed explanations.
• Provide accurate pricing and explain repair/replacement options to customers in a professional manner.
• Complete all job documentation and ensure accurate materials and labor tracking for job costing.
• Coordinate with dispatch and management to ensure seamless job execution and follow-ups.
• Protect and respect customers’ homes, leaving them cleaner than you found them.
• Promote Club Membership benefits to homeowners as part of service calls.

Requirements:

• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to clearly communicate technical information to customers and team members
• A positive attitude, team spirit, and desire to grow professionally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
