Prime Care, Inc. is looking for responsible direct care staff to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in DDS group homes located throughout Connecticut.

We are hiring Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem positions.

Job Requirements:

• Valid CT driver license
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical/PPD, drug test, criminal/DMV/Abuse Registry/past employer background checks
• Ability to complete required trainings within 14 days of hire
• Ability to become DDS Med Certified within 6 months of hire for full time and part time positions

Education:

High School Diploma/GED is required.

Other Qualifications:

• Must have computer skills to document on agency medical records system
• Ability to support, instruct and supervise individuals providing a therapeutic and safe environment
