Residential Interior Sales & Designer

DiSabatino Design Build is seeking a Residential Interior Sales & Design professional to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced, high-touch role for a driven sales professional who understands residential construction and thrives on building long-term client relationships.

This position blends consultative sales with design-forward thinking in a construction-heavy environment. If you are a high performer who can lead clients from initial conversation through close and confidently navigate kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and additions. We want to hear from you.

As a Residential Interior Sales & Design team member, you will be responsible for managing residential sales opportunities from lead to close, working closely with homeowners on renovation and addition projects throughout the Wilmington / West Chester region, including Southern Delaware and Southern Chester Counties . This role is sales-forward, relationship-driven, and rooted in a strong understanding of residential construction.

You will leverage DiSabatino’s established book of business, collaborate with an experienced team of Sales Designers, and guide clients through a thoughtful, high-touch sales process supported by design and construction expertise.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $85,000–$100,000 (depending on experience)
• Commission: Earned on collected sales above an established salary goal
• Comprehensive Benefits Package available after 60 days
• Established top performers can earn $200,000–$250,000+ annually.
