Residential Lead Carpenter

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Job description:

Woburn-based construction company in business over 40 years is seeking a full-time, experienced, and self-motivated Lead Carpenter to join our team working on various types of residential construction projects – additions, renovations, and new construction single and multi-family homes. The Lead Carpenter will perform all facets of carpentry, interact with clients, and be responsible for managing subcontractors and vendors on site each day. Our company has multiple divisions and enthusiastic candidates will have opportunities for advancement. This position's first assignment is for a new project in Hull MA, as such the successful candidate will need to be able to travel to that site daily to oversee the daily operations of that project.

Successful Candidates Must Possess the Following:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in all areas of carpentry, frame to finish
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive work ethic, professional demeanor, and strong organizational skills
• Must have own hand tools and truck
