The Role
We are seeking a Leasing Agent/Consultant to join our growing residential leasing division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client enquiries, property listings, viewing schedules and coordination between agents, landlords, and tenants. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and outstanding client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate property listings, client viewings and leasing documentation.
• Coordinate scheduling, lead follow-ups, and CRM updates.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and agents to ensure seamless communication.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales within any industry (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Self-regulating, proactive, and energetic mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Qatar driving licence and own car highly preferred.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
