Residential Maintenance Dispatcher

Are you a skilled organizer with a knack for problem-solving and coordinating? We're seeking a dedicated Maintenance Dispatcher to oversee the daily scheduling of our maintenance team.

Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Healthcare, 401(k).

$17 - $20 hourly

• Scheduling and Coordination: Efficiently schedule maintenance tasks for our team of technicians and external vendors.
• Following up on work that needs to be completed.
• Tenant Relations: Address tenant concerns and complaints promptly, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues effectively.
• Problem Diagnosis: Possess the ability to diagnose maintenance problems and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in scheduling and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Property Management or a similar field.
• Experience with Appfolio property manager, or a similar property management software.
