Role Overview

The Residential Manager will be responsible for managing residential facilities, coordinating with tenants, and supervising staff to ensure smooth operations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a customer service mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of residential properties and facilities.
• Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and security staff.
• Ensure compliance with Qatari housing regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate leasing activities, renewals, and occupancy management.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts.
• Prepare reports and updates for senior management.
• Foster a safe, welcoming, and community-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in residential or property management.
• Strong knowledge of housing operations and tenant relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
