What You’ll Be Doing

• Build accurate estimates for new construction homes (slab, top-out, trim)
• Review blueprints and specs to determine scope and materials
• Calculate labor, materials, and total job costs
• Work with builders and internal teams to lock in project details
• Maintain pricing sheets and cost databases
• Identify ways to save money without cutting corners

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in residential plumbing OR plumbing estimating
• You can read blueprints without guessing
• Strong Excel skills (you’re not scared of spreadsheets)
• Detail-oriented — mistakes cost money, and you know that
• Able to handle multiple jobs and deadlines
