Duties

• Perform comprehensive plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance on residential properties using hand tools, power tools, and specialized plumbing equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute plumbing layouts and repairs.
• Utilize construction and remodeling knowledge to assist with home upgrades, renovations, or custom plumbing projects.
• Conduct pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks with precision to ensure durable and leak-free connections.
• Diagnose mechanical issues within plumbing systems and recommend effective solutions while adhering to safety protocols.
• Heavy lifting of materials and equipment required for installation or repair work across various residential sites.
• Maintain detailed service reports, schematics documentation, and work logs for each job performed.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction plumbing or related fields such as HVAC or general construction site work.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical system layouts.
• Experience working on construction sites or remodeling projects with a focus on plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of carpentry techniques and handyman skills that support comprehensive home repairs.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during installation or repair tasks.
• Valid commercial driver’s license preferred for transporting tools or equipment between job sites. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
