We are a small, but dedicated PASA supporting Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in Day Program, Host Home, and Residential Settings. Our mission is to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life through person-centered care and community integration.

Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Manager to join our team. The Residential Manager is responsible for overseeing the Residential Program and supporting Individuals placed in Host Homes or PCA settings, ensuring quality services, compliance with regulation, and positive outcomes. This role works closely with Host Home Providers, Families, Interdisciplinary Teams (IDT), etc. to ensure each Individual's needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support Host Home placements to ensure safety, stability, and quality of care
• Conduct regular home visits and documentation in accordance with state and agency requirements
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Services and Plans
• Attends all Service Plan and IDT Meetings and present updates regarding important events in the Individual's life
• Provide training, guidance, and on-going support to Host Home Providers
• Coordinate care with other PASAs/Case Management Agencies as needed
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and agency policies
• Respond to incidents, concerns, and emergencies as needed
• Advocate for Individual's rights, preferences, and personal goals
• On call as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience working with Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Required
• Knowledge of Host Home/Residential services/Waiver Programs and state regulations is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
• Flexibility to respond to Individual and Host Home Provider needs outside of typical working hours

Requirements

• Must have valid and unrestricted Driver's License
• Must have own, reliable transportation with insurance with the flexibility to work in-office and out in the field
• Must be able to pass a full background check and CAPS check
• Ability to complete necessary trainings (Such as First Aid/CPR, etc.) within 30 days of hire

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
