Base Salary: $85,000 + Performance-Based Profit Sharing (Target OTE: $100,000+)

We operate with a lean, highly efficient team consisting of the business owner, a core crew of 3 master in-house field carpenters, and a dedicated network of premium trade subcontractors. We pride ourselves on executing immaculate craftsmanship, maintaining strict jobsite organization, and protecting our project margins.

We are searching for a motivated, financially disciplined Project Manager to take ownership of our field production, manage our schedules, and actively guard our project profitability.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Guard the Budget: Review, enforce, and maintain project production budgets. Track material costs and subcontractor bids to eliminate margin slippage.
• Enforce Change Orders: Actively protect company revenue by ensuring absolutely no extra work or client modifications occur on-site without an executed, digitally signed, and paid change order.
• Schedule & Subcontractor Management: Build, manage, and enforce strict, predictable project schedules. Coordinate and supervise specialized trade subcontractors to hit milestone dates.
• Maintain Quality Control: Oversee daily jobsite operations to ensure our strict standards for craftsmanship, safety, and uncompromised daily cleanliness are met.
• Client Diplomacy: Serve as the primary, firm, and professional point of contact for custom home and remodeling clients throughout the lifecycle of their builds.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Minimum 3–5 years of verified experience managing residential custom home builds or complex, high-end remodeling projects as a Project Manager or Lead Superintendent.
• Strong Financial Literacy: You must understand construction financials, project job-costing, and the critical difference between markup and profit margin.
• Tech-Savvy: Complete fluency in construction management software (e.g., JobTread,Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar) and mobile time-tracking/daily log apps.
• Contractual Discipline: Ability to maintain firm operational boundaries with clients and subcontractors. You understand that verbal field agreements are unacceptable.
• Leadership & Organization: Exceptional communication skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to command respect from trade subcontractors while maintaining strong working relationships.

• 10% Gross Profit Share Bonus Plan (Targeting an extra $10,000–$15,000+ in annual earnings)
