Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Giza for a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist. The individual will be responsible for managing real estate sales. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential buyers, promoting residential properties, conducting market research, and closing sales deals. The Sales Specialist will also facilitate tours of properties and handle all necessary documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong Real Estate Sales and Residential Real Estate skills
• Expertise in Contract Negotiation.
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Familiarity with the real estate market and trends in Egypt
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is highly desirable
