Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Manager, located in sheikh zayed. The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, developing sales strategies, handling client engagements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing property listings, overseeing sales processes, providing market analysis, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate regulations
• Customer Service and client management skills
• Proven experience in Real Estate, Sales, and Real Property transactions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
• Experience in property management and residential project sales is a plus
