Residential Sales Consultant

Position Summery:

We are expanding our Residential Sales Division and looking for driven, relationship-focused Sales Consultants to own and grow key territories across Minnesota and Denver CO. We are a home improvement company and this position is for the exterior aspect of residential homes.

This role specializes in generating and managing exterior construction opportunities with residential clients.

We have built a large network of prospective clients and have only tapped a fraction of them.

The right candidate will take ownership of a high-opportunity territory, build relationships, attend industry events, and actively door-knock to uncover new projects

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

● Own a territory and become the face of the company for residential clients

● Actively network with property owners, make warm introductions and build long-term relationships

● Manage a provided list of hundreds of high-quality targets and expand it with new opportunities

● Attend residential sales events, expos and other networking functions

Account Management:

● Nurture property management relationships and keep consistent account touches

● Manage all bid requests, proposals, follow-ups, and client communication

● Build recurring annual maintenance, repair, and project pipelines within accounts

Project Acquisition:

● Identify exterior construction opportunities: roofing, siding, windows, decks and other capital improvement projects

● Coordinate inspections, scopes, and estimates with internal teams

● Present solutions and close opportunities with strong professionalism and follow-through

Territory Growth:

● Strategically expand the client base in markets that are currently underserved

● Track prospects, activity, and account pipeline in CRM

● Own your numbers — appointments, touches, closes, account growth, and annual quota

Ideal Candidate: (Training Provided) (We encourage all to apply who believe they would be a good fit for the role)

● Experience in outside sales, residential home improvement or construction sales

● Comfortable with self-networking, networking events, and building new or existing relationships

● Organized and accountable with strong CRM and follow-up habits

● Self-starter who thrives in a territory-based role with autonomy

● Strong communicator with the ability to present professionally to property managers, facilities directors, and board members
