Respiratory Care Practitioner – Respiratory Therapy Department
Are you a dedicated Respiratory Therapist looking to make a meaningful difference in patient care? This full-time role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare team, delivering high-quality respiratory therapy services in an acute care environment. You’ll work alongside physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to support patients through both routine and complex respiratory needs. Provide therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory services across a variety of clinical settings
Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop and implement personalized care plans
Operate and maintain advanced ventilatory support systems and monitoring equipment
Assist with resuscitation, oxygen therapy, airway management, and diagnostic procedures
Complete comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately
Support patient care in both routine and emergent situations
Participate in orientation and ongoing training to maintain high clinical standards
Other duties as assigned.
Completion of education required to meet state licensure standards
Active Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Proven ability to work collaboratively and deliver patient-centered care
Experience in acute or critical care settings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Full-time | 36 hours/week | Variable Shifts
On-site position
Base Salary: $65,089 – $104,850 annually (depending on experience and qualifications)
Additional compensation may include shift differentials, overtime, on-call pay, and bonus opportunities
