Required Credentials: Must be RRT; Would only accept CRT if they had 10+ years experience

**Unit / Facility Details: Floors Covered: General floor and ICU

Special Requests: All time off must be included on submission to be considered. Time off not included on submission will not be requested or approved.

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend

No Call Requirement

Holiday Coverage: 1 major, 1 minor

Floating Requirement: First to float to Fairfax
