Additional Details:
Shift & schedule requirements: Flex shift - This opening will be scheduled for both days and nights with working in Gold Beach and Brookings (more to be discussed during the interview). On-Call: Required.
Floating requirements: Will float between both facilities and manager will make best attempt to block shifts.
Special request requirements: Will be required to obtain a PALS once they work at Curry for 6 months including extensions.
