Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehab, a premier long-term care facility in Daytona Beach, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist at Indigo Manor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and breathing treatments

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy to meet individual patient needs

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes

• Monitor and record patient progress, making adjustments to therapy as needed

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field

• Current RT license in the state of Florida

• Minimum of 0 years of experience in respiratory therapy (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
