Job Purpose:
CORE (Community Organized Relief Effort) is a crisis response organization that brings immediate aid and recovery to underserved communities across the globe. Our mission is simple: save lives and strengthen communities impacted by or vulnerable to crisis. Wherever the crisis is and whenever people are in need, we are there. CORE’s ability to impact communities is directly emboldened by each member of our staff and leadership.
We are seeking a short-term Response Roster Coordinator to support the recruitment and selection of candidates for our Paid Emergency Response Roster. This consultant will work directly with the Global Response Roster Specialist to coordinate and conduct more than 100 interviews for multiple specialized emergency response roles across global contexts.

While deep technical expertise in shelter, WASH, CVA, or food assistance is not required, candidates must understand the purpose and function of each roster role and be able to assess readiness for deployment, leadership capacity, and field suitability.
CORE is strengthening and professionalizing its global response roster to deploy faster, safer, and more effectively. The individuals selected through this process will lead and implement emergency programming worldwide. This is a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment assignment that will play a direct role in shaping CORE’s operational readiness and response quality for years to come.
