Restaurant Brand & Marketing Manager(Mandarin Required)

We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the restaurant industry, not just a short-term marketing role.

This position works closely with restaurant operations, chefs, and leadership teams to improve brand experience, drive store traffic, and support restaurant growth.
This role requires Mandarin Chinese as the primary working language. The candidate will work closely with Mandarin-speaking restaurant teams.

For the right person, this role can grow into a future leadership position within the company.

What You Will DoRestaurant Brand & Customer Experience

• Support brand positioning and ensure brand consistency across restaurant locations
• Work with operations and chefs to improve customer experience and brand perception
• Participate in interior design coordination and brand presentation for new restaurant openings

Restaurant Marketing & Promotions

• Plan and execute restaurant marketing campaigns and promotions
• Support new menu launches and seasonal product promotions
• Help increase store traffic and brand visibility

Delivery Platforms & Digital Presence

• Manage and optimize third-party delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.)
• Improve menu presentation, store ranking, and platform performance
• Support online marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns

Data & Business Insights

• Track marketing performance and customer feedback
• Analyze sales performance and customer behavior
• Work with operations teams to improve store performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
• 2+ years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or marketing roles
• Experience in restaurant or hospitality industry is a strong plus
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
