Job Title BAR BACK BUSSER

Compensation Starting wage is $15.16/hr.
Job Summary
Responsible for stocking and replenishing all items needed behind the bars. Maintain bar cleanliness. Assist bartenders as needed. Ensure tables/bar stools are set for incoming patrons. Stock service stations.
Job Duties
Qualifications
· Over three months of customer service experience; preferably in restaurants.
· Self-starting and outgoing personality with a pleasant disposition, and strong attention to detail.
· Must be able to communicate in a professional manner with guests and visitors.
Physical Environment
The position performs indoors.
The position constantly requires the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; moving about a full-service restaurant and kitchen.
The position constantly requires the handling of hot plates, cups, and other kitchen items
The position frequently requires to move items up to 50 lbs.
The position occasionally requires to move items up to 100 lbs. and it is occasionally exposed to cleaning chemicals.
The position occasionally requires to perform in a bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling position.
