Restaurant Captain

Alira Restaurant, an upscale International Fusion dining destination, is looking for an experienced Restaurant Captain to join our professional front-of-house team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experience and smooth service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise waiters and service staff during shifts
• Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
• Coordinate table assignments with the Hostess
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally
• Maintain smooth service flow during peak hours
• Support upselling and service quality improvement
• Ensure staff appearance and service standards are met

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Waiter
• Previous experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good command of English (preferred)
• Commitment and reliability

Working Hours

• 6 days per week
• Rotational shifts
• Availability during peak hours is required
