• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, floors, and restrooms.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit.
• Support team members as needed during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.

Experience

• Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
