Restaurant Expansion & New Projects Coordinator (Bahrain Experience Required)

We are actively expanding our restaurant business in Bahrain and are looking for a dedicated Expansion & New Projects Coordinator to manage new outlet openings from start to finish.

This is NOT an office-based job.
The core responsibility of this role is field work, market research, and identifying new expansion locations across Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and site identification for new restaurant outlets
• Actively scout and evaluate potential locations for expansion
• Handle new restaurant openings from A to Z
• Manage setup, coordination, approvals, and execution
• Liaise with landlords, contractors, and suppliers
• Ensure all new outlets are launched smoothly and professionally

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in restaurant expansion in Bahrain
• Hands-on experience in market research and location scouting
• Strong knowledge of Bahrain restaurant approvals and licensing processes
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage timelines
• Strong coordination and negotiation skills

Salary

• BHD 400 – 450 (All Inclusive)
