Job Description

· Attend to customer calls and inquiries.

· Conduct on-site visits to customer locations to assess the scope of moving requirements.

· Understand and apply Breeze Movers’ quotation structure to provide accurate initial quotations.

· Evaluate volume, access, packing needs, manpower, trucks, materials, special items, and additional services during site visits.

· Clearly explain the proposed services, process, and quotation to customers in a professional manner.

· Actively identify upselling opportunities during site visits and on moving day, including additional packing services, materials, manpower, special handling, dismantling/reassembly, or add-on services, and confidently present these options to customers.

· Act as the main on-site representative of Breeze Movers during moves.

· Supervise packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and placement of items.

· Ensure all items are handled with care and properly secured inside the truck.

· Give special attention to fragile, high-value, and sensitive items.

· Lead and manage the moving crew on-site, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

· Ensure staff follow company rules, safety procedures, and conduct standards.

· Maintain a professional, respectful, and calm attitude with customers at all times.

· Address customer questions, concerns, or change requests professionally and factually.

· Escalate pricing changes, disputes, or major issues to management when required.

· Protect customer property including walls, floors, doors, elevators, and common areas.

· Ensure premises are left clean, organized, and damage-free after job completion.

· Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and customer sign-off at the end of each job.

· Ensure confidentiality and respect for customer privacy.

· Be physically present, punctual, and prepared for all site visits and moving jobs.

· Demonstrate leadership, responsibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

· Previous experience in moving, logistics, or site supervision is preferred.

· Basic numerical understanding is required for quotations.

Requirements:

- BSc is mandatory - preferably in a related field

- Proficiency in Arabic and English

- Driving license and personal car
